45-minute doctor visit at your parent's home. Full Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA-Lite at minimum). BP, SpO2, and pulse recorded. Lab prescription if clinically indicated.

Polypharmacy Review
Automatically triggered if your parent is on 5 or more medicines. We apply STOPP/START criteria — checking for dangerous drug combinations, drug-disease conflicts, and medicines that may no longer be appropriate.

Same-Day Written Summary
Every visit generates a family-readable clinical summary, sent the same day. Clear language, no jargon. Your family has a written record of every assessment, finding, and recommendation.

Pathology via Empanelled Lab
Home collection through our empanelled lab at patient rates. Results reviewed by the doctor — not just flagged by a system. Abnormal results trigger a same-day WhatsApp alert to the family.

Our doctors apply STOPP/START criteria at every CGA — the international gold-standard tool for prescribing in elderly patients. We check every drug against every other drug, and every drug against every disease. The output is a written Medication Safety Letter sent to your parent's treating GP or specialist. We do not change prescriptions — we give the prescribing doctor the full clinical picture they may not have. Care managers cannot do this. Our doctors can.
