What's the difference between a hospital consultation and GeraVita?
A hospital consultation is a one-time or periodic OPD visit at Manipal Broadway. GeraVita is an ongoing home-based service with structured plans — the doctor comes to your parent.
Can we get an online consultation if we're not in Kolkata?
Yes. Online consultations are available for all GeraVita plans. The Full-Year plan includes 4 online consultations per year. Send us a WhatsApp message to enquire.
We're an NRI family managing our parent's health from abroad. Can you help?
Yes — the Full-Year Care plan is specifically designed for this. It includes a monthly 15-minute family liaison call and WhatsApp support from 7am–12pm, making remote management practical.
How quickly can we get a first visit?
For GeraVita, WhatsApp us and we'll coordinate the earliest available slot. Full-Year plan members have guaranteed priority appointments within 48 hours.
Do you serve areas outside Newtown, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake?
Home visits are currently limited to these three areas. For families outside this zone, online consultations and hospital consultations at Manipal Broadway are available.
Can another doctor refer their patient to Dr. Bordoloi?
Yes. Referrals from GPs and specialists are welcome — either to the Geriatrics OPD at Manipal Broadway, or for a home assessment via GeraVita. Email for formal referral coordination.
